For all sea and sailing admirers interested in gaining and improving the sailing skills through cruises among croatian islands what will enable them an independent sailing in coastal and deep sea in the future, we're glad to offer the sailing courses which Cassiopeia Tours organizes in cooperation with company Grego Yachting under the fully skilled and professional leaders team:

		Anton Grego – one of the most awarded croatian skippers, participant in 2 Olympic Games and multiple european sailing champion. With more than 40 years of sailing experience.
		Bojan Grego – member of croatian olympic team, european champion, mediterranean sailing champion and the youngest participant during Olympic Games in Barcelona in class «Flying Dutch».

Sailing courses are divided in the following categories: beginner, advanced, package (beginner and advanced), navigation and package (advanced and yachtsman course).

Beginner course in duration of 7 days is assigned to participants without any sailing experience to enable them throught theory and practice to get basic sailing knowledge (sailing in course, turn in the wind, down the wind, manouvering on the buoy, sails shortening and changing, anchoring...)

Advanced course in duration of 7 days is assigned to participants with basic sailing knowledge who would like to extend and gain more sailing skills. Under this course, participant gets acquainted to work with spinnaker, manouvering, improving sailing techincs etc.

Beginner and advanced course – for beginners who are willing to upgrade and would like to continue with advanced after successfully finished beginner course, we offer program which embraces beginner and advanced course together in one package in duration of 14 days.

Navigation course in duration of 7 days is assigned to participants who have graduated in previous 2 courses or already have skilled sailing experience, but would like to improve already accomplished sailing knowledge. Navigation course includes: night sailing, sailing by using GPS, determinating yacht position, anchoring, radarplotting, using of electronic charts, meteo charts, prevention of the collision at sea, celestial navigation, etc.

Advanced course in duration of 7 days and yachtsman course in duration of 10 days will be organized for group of minimum 7 participants after what official examination will be arranged and yachtsman's licence of competency will be issued.

Official languages at sailing course: English, Italian and Croatian.

For all courses ( except yachtman course) minimal group of participants: 3

Sailing yachts: Elan 33 for 4 participants, for more than 4 participants will be arranged bigger sailing yacht.

1. Northern Adriatic: Ičići-Cres-Mali Lošinj-Ilovik-Rab-Krk-Ičići
2. Southern Adriatic: Trogir-Milna (Brač)-Pakleni Otoci-Hvar-Komiža-Vis-Drvenik

Food is not included in the price.

Payment: 30% upon reservation, no later than 15 days before sailing school starts.

Upon successfully finished advanced and navigation course, all participants will receive certificate of course participation in organization of Cassiopeia Tours, and on personal request we organize official government exam for obtaining boat leader's licence of competency.
All domestic participants for boat leader's licence of competency have to add exam fees in amount of 300 Kn and foreign participants 550 Kn.
Candidates who would like to approach in taking of an examination for yachtsman's licence of competency must have obtained boat leader's licence of competency and minimum 3 years of experience as a boat leader after what they can attend yachtsman course in duration of 10 days.

Upon candidate request, we organize official government exam for yachtsman which will produce official yachtsman's licence of competency.
Exam fees for yachtsman will be given upon request.
